I received a letter stating I had won a lottery in the amount of $500,000. The letter included a check for $8,895.75 which was meant to cover "tax, insurance, shipping and handling on your winnings". It stated I should call the claims agent for further instructions. The account dept. phone number is 778-960-4996. I called BBB and was told this was a scam intended to extract money from me.

June 2017 received a letter stating I had won $500,000.00 and a check enclosed for $8,895.75 to cover the cost of tax, insurance, and handling on the winnings. But to call claims agent before taking any action. Corey Rogers at 1-236-888-6743. Manager: William H Harison. I looked up the Pacific Integrated Lottery inc. and another man in Georgia received the same letter and check with same amount of winnings. He found no information on the lottery company and ScamPulse.com states no official winnings ever request you to send money for tax, insurance or handling, if legitimate. I am reporting to our local paper as well as he BBB. Hopefully it will alert others if to good to be true it usually is and I never enter this contest. It also had a US address and a UK office in London England.

I have received this message saying that I won a lottery, and the prize as $500,000. They wanted me to pay $8,768.88 dollars for tax. They included a check to make it seem more valid. I quickly scanned the paper with a UV light and did not find the security features mentioned. So I looked it up and found this website. Do not call the number or cash in the check.

ScamPulse.com met with a consumer who reported receiving a letter from Pacific Integrated Lottery Inc and a check for $8,768.88 which was deducted from his $500,000 winnings to cover taxes, insurance, shipping and handling on his winnings. When you make a copy of the check, it shows VOID all over, but does not show up on the original check.

I received a check in the mail ($8,768.88) with a letter stating I had won a international lottery. The check looked like a real check from a real bank. I was suspicious and called the bank. It was a real bank but did not have this company as an account. They said they were already researching because they had others before I called.

Received a letter in the mail stating won 500,000 with looks like a valid check for 8,768.88 that were an advance on the winnings of 500,000 to pay an up front Tax Fee of 8,000. There is no check no on the check. The letter states to call the above number before proceeding. When I researched the company nothing really came up and when I goggled the address an apartment site came up. When I goggled the phone number came up from Vancouver BC. I called the number and a very disrupted line between me and them came up and someone with an accent. This letter is stating I won a New York Lottery but have never been there.
