About 3 weeks ago I saw an ad on TV about company that would send me a free back brace. They asked for my social security number/medicare number and I gave it to them. They also said they needed to fax my doctor to get approval. I haven’t received anything and my doctor said no one has faxed him. They said the back brace would be delivered by a company called Pac Med.
