This guy has scammed myself along with several of my neighbors on concrete jobs. Ended up costing me a lot $1600, destruction of a $6000 dump truck, along with having to pay out almost $7000 to have what he done fixed! He drives around neighborhoods pricing concrete jobs then will tear up things then leaves them or pours a small amount of concrete in my case that was all poured wrong and had to be removed. I filed a police Case # 2320-6162 and they told me to file a small claims court on him. He goes by Dan, Stan and …a few other names but actual name on his ID I copied was Sateki H. Vaenuku he and his crew are all Tonganese DOB 2/26/1963 WA ID states Identification Card Federal Limits Apply. Address on ID is 3122 NE May St Vancouver WA 98661 Phone # he uses is 360-553-5280. Police officer also stated he had warrants out and isn’t suppose to be driving. I don’t feel like enough can be done to stop these guys.
