I met him on kik application in Investors chat room .
He said me: He is a private trader and investor.
He can help me to make a portfolio and help with trading. I need to send him money by Paypal [email protected]
he said me "My services only cost $250 once. I will be mentoring you and signaling you in forex. For right now the market tomorrow won’t be so volatile, I avoid Friday’s since it’s perhaps one of the most illiquid days in the trading market."
the 12 of July i sent him 250 dollars his paypal account [email protected]
He still was writing me what he is busy for 1 week on my text free phone (512)649-7511 and kik application
it was some promises and excuses
"Will teach you a little something about MT4 this Wednesday we officially start on a webinar"

"Currently studying a couple of things right now and took my humanities exam today and then I have a psychology exam to do by next week Tuesday and an economics exam due next week Thursday."
After these he bunned me and disappeared. He answered me 1 time by phone 786-315-8383. and he disconnected the phone.
I would like to report him and if it is possible return my money.
