Type of a scam Employment

I replied to a job posting on ***jobs.com for Services Associate Clerk. I set up the online interview and was told I was going to he hired for the position. I was sent an offer letter from the company to accept the position. Once I signed I was told that the company would provide me with all of the work materials I would need, including all of the office wares and a laptop with all of the software downloaded. I was then overnighted a check $2,810.00 and was instructed by the individual who claimed to be head of the HR department for this company, to use the check by way of depositing it and then sending money orders to their "vendor" to procure my working materials. I did as instructed and waited to get the confirmation as she said my materials were going to be sent to me. I then received another message from her saying that the last ammount they sent was not enough, and then overnighted another check in the amount of $4,612.00 and was instructed to do the same. I then went onto my account on my online banking to see that my account was then $2,810 in the negative, as they had issued fraudulent checks in promise of employment
