Received call from the Oregon Federal Grant Association. I could use it for school, housing, personal. I was quoted $9,200, I could apply for a $4 fee paid through Walmart prepaid Visa. They said to wait a couple days and sent me an application through email. They called me yesterday to say I was accepted after 1700. Gave me tracking number. Said I would need to pay $200 as the second fee. I then confirmed it was not a real tracking number.
