I received a pop up on my pc that kept me from doing anything. The phone number 8664489558 appeared on the screen advising of a threat to my system. I called the number and spoke with a male voice, Richard Hansen, who referred me to his supervisor, Adrian Cooper, who would refer me to a technician, Sandy Coleman who would help me resolve the threat. I was told the cost for the service was $200 for this 1 time fix or $300 for a lifetime fix that would cover any computer or device I had using the license key they provided me. They installed several programs on my computer ( a pop up ad blocker, google chrome and removed malware bytes that I had on my pc). I paid for the $300.

My computer was having problems. Got a call from Orange Electronics (Orange USA) saying they were from Microsoft and noticed my computer was infected. Already was having access to my computer and offered a Lifetime Service Warranty. I believed them and gave a check for $300.00. Tried to stop the payment at the bank but it was too late. These people are crooks. Got a letter from someone named Nancy Lopez, not even signed confirming the warranty.
