As seen on FB ad I ordered and purchased a 118 LED solar lamp for approx $43.00. I received a receipt with my order number dated in April 2019.
I did receive the light. The light did not work. After many emails to optimum technology to get a replacement optimum technology kept telling me my issue has been referred to "upper management". Optimum technology requested I send them video(s) of trying to get the light to work which I did.
They continued to say that "upper management" would look into it. I said I would return the defective unit but they did not reply.
I believe there business practices are deceptive and they refuse to send me a working replacement. At this point I’m out $43 plus all the time and aggravation trying to get a simple replacement unit.
Please look into this business.
