My husband signed up for a trial of CBD from Optimized CBD Health llc.
We are retired milatary senior citizens and frequently need additional options for pain relief.
We received the trial product and I tried it for the recommended time. It was of no help for any symptoms I have. I then received two more bottles. We did not order these but were charged $95.14 twice on our credit card! I called Optimized and was told to returned both bottles and would be issued a refund to my credit card.
They acknowledged that they had received the returned bottles and would immediately credit my card. Well six weeks later and numerous telephone calls and I am still trying to get my refund. Not sure what my next action should be.
