Type of a scam Charity
Met this guy on a dating app. He told me he was a celebrity, therefore we had to be secretive about talking. After a couple of weeks he said he wanted to meet me in Paris, at a charity function. But in order for me to attend I had to be eligible. In order to be eligible I had to donate to this organization on their website….onechildfoundation.com. I checked it out and the address listed for Canada was actually Ikea. And the phone number was some woman’s cell number. She had no idea what I was talking about and said I wasn’t the first person to call her.
So I told said celebrity, that I wouldn’t and he tried making me feel guilty. But when I refused, he stopped talking to me. Now the website is down – under construction.
