Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

We received a call at our local business from On Par. They offered an advertising deal for our business. They claimed they would be emailing us to confirm they never did. They asked for a number they could text payment confirmation to.

This is the message sent:

I authorize Onpar to charge the card ending in #*** for the amount of $750. This is for reservation #25309. Please respond with a "Yes" to confirm.

We confirmed with a NO since they had never followed through with the email which was to explain their advertising.

They charged our card anyway and then used the card to spend hundreds of dollars on food like Dominos Pizza, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns and so on. All of these where charged in AZ where I later found their business is located. I do not live and our business is not in AZ. We are in another state. Luckily, my bank called and said they wanted to go over some transactions with me. They used my card several times! Now the card is deactivated and I have to wait 7-10 days for a new one. Bottom line is this company is a complete scam. Hopefully, no one else falls victim.
