I was scammed by Olivier Bisset who pretend to be a 70yr old oil rig person off shore and he was giving me a good deal on an apartment for $800 a month and since my husband and 1yr old son live in a small bedroom we rent out we thought it would be a good idea. So we exchanged emails and by the 3rd week my husband that the guy was fishy and I thought I was legit I should of seen all the signs the man wanted us to pay him 1,000 in advance to get the apartment. And I should of listened to my partner but I was desperately trying to move out to get us a better life and apartment. They guy made me pay him 1,000 in bitcoin currency with cash and I can’t believe I fell for it. I called the cops and they can’t do anything but take the report and the website the man used was a fake Airbnb that we didn’t even notice because he made it seem legit. And we contacted Airbnb and they couldn’t help us either, but I have all the proof the man did to me.
