Type of a scam Online Purchase
On Jan 18, 2018 I ordered 2 NFL jerseys from this website.. paid by credit card ..and got an order confirmation.
Then I received an email from [email protected] stating that the transaction was successful..
it also stated that ‘Due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different from the real price. Please note "Shuaimi Han Trade" will be displayed on your credit card statement instead of the website from which you purchased the mentioned product.It’s just used for sending bill statement by the seller’s payment processor as a tool’.
On Jan 19, 2018 I sent an email to the email [email protected] to try to find out the status of the order since I had not received anything as of yet. On 1/20/18 I received a response stating that it had been shipped and given a tracking number. The tracking number did not give much information so on 1/31/18 I emailed AGAIN to get another update…and was told it was in transit.
I received it on 2/4/18 and one item was not what I ordered.. and the fit was horrible on the other so I emailed to find out how to send it back. The website states they are ‘committed to total satisfaction’ and lists an easy 60 day return.
I have communicated with the customer service rep ( i use the term loosely) thru 20 emails.. see some of the responses below.. many of these I received multiple times:
*been told to keep them because return shipping fee is high and with would take a long time
*just keep it since price is really good
*can give some discount on next order
*you can give it to your friends as gift or sell it to others.OK?
*Maybe you can sell it to others since the price is really good?
*maybe you just keep it and take the discount?
*maybe you can keep the jersey and we can refund you 10% as compensation, OK?
*So how about you keep it and we offer you 15% refund as compensation?
At this point I am stuck with the 2 jerseys.. and hoping to maybe see a 15% refund
