I signed up for a website called Survey Junkie to earn some extra money. I received a survey offer to be a "Secret Shopper" for Walmart. Approximately two weeks later I received a "packet" in the mail which contained instructions, survey form, and check for $2850.00. I was instructed to call the number on the instructions in which Mr. Lee told me to go to the bank and deposit the check into my account. I was then instructed to go to a Walmart, and purchase gift cards totalling $2500.00 After I purchased the cards I was then instructed to expose the pin numbers on the cards and text Mr. Lee the pictures of the cards and the receipts for purchase. I was sent another check and deposited it, and the I realized I was being scammed. I have not spent the money for gift cards on the second check which was for $3990.00 knowing by this time, it would bounce. When I confronted Mr Lee about the scam he denied it. He proceeded to contact me several times from this number 3237470690. When I blocked his calls and texts he then proceeded to contact me from 2813238560.
