While vacationing in Cancun, Mexico February of 2016 we were approached with a vacation club membership. The company was Odyssey Premier Elite and when we researched from our smart phones it seemed like a legitimate company but thankfully we were still apprehensive and didn’t have a lot of money available to spend more than we did. We agreed to a total of eight weeks to be used within a five year span for $1750 and then an annual membership fee of $99. Odyssey Premier Elite is affiliated with a company named Blue Point Holdings LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After some extensive research we became suspicious so I contacted the ScamPulse.com in Pittsburgh only to learn that this company does not exist there and it’s a scam. And now after researching in the ScamPulse.com for Odyssey in Miami, Florida I learned the same about this company as well. We are working with our bank to at least get the $99 annual membership fee just paid reimbursed.
