I was trying to buy a Gameboy Advance SP (Refurbished), but I haven’t received it yet. I went to see the tracker for it, and it was unavailable to me. The site they had set up is now closed, and said come back later. They were supposed to notify me when the package was sent, and it was never delivered. I went to research about their website, and found it they are a fraud gaming company that has been around for awhile, and has been spreading around under other different names. I hope I can get help…

The company nams is nostalgia fix..their based out of florida..im sure you have gotten complaints about these people..their an online group you can find on facebook..they have ripped many people off..this site needs to be shut down..i ordered february 12th..and its now june 26th..they respond to my emails with b.s constantly..i want a refund or my product..at the very least shut them down..its just awful how a company can get away with this…please please look into them..their is no place for people like them in our society..

Item was ordered March 22. Long line of contact and broken promises, then I contacted them May 7 saying I was done and wanted a refund. They refused my refund and magically shipped a product, arriving May 10. Product was not as promised (did not include and is incapable of playing high-level games, wrong controller, no fan). Tried several times to contact seller, no responses. On 5/15 I told part of my story on one of their Facebook ads, and they blocked me. (Especially important because they say Facebook is the only way they give refunds)

I paid $180 for this item, what they shipped is worth maybe $50. It’s like ordering a new Ferrari and getting a 2002 Ford Taurus.

I placed an order for a product from Nostalgia Fix on February 4th and waiting the 7 to 10 days they propose it take for an item to ship, then after about a month of not receiving anything I emailed their "support" email and got a response saying it would take a few more days and that they were "backed up" then I was sent a USPS tracking number. 3 Months after the initial order my USPS tracking number still says "March 6, 2018 at 4:27 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL 32086". I continued to email their support and they promised over and over that it would be out in a week and still nothing. there is a Facebook page dedicated to raising awareness of this scam. https://www.facebook.com/Nostalgia-Fix-are-Scammers-1592239000892087/

I purchased a product from this business and paid for two day shipping. I received a confirmation email for said purchase. A week has gone by and I have not received the product or any communication stating the status of my order. I tried calling the phone number given on the “contact us” part of the website,but I only get an automated message that states”this person has not set up a voice mailbox,goodbye “ and hangs up. I have also sent several messages through email and Facebook inquiring about my order. I still have not gotten a response. There is no way for me to cancel my order and the funds for the product has already been subtracted from my account.
