Searched web for Havanese breeders; found this one. Emailed the address given and asked if a certain puppy was still available. Long story short, I sent down payment through Western Union (yes, the Western Union form said NOT to send money to anyone you do not know). The remainder would be given when the puppy was received at KCI airport on April 14. Never received flight information like I was informed I would. Finally late Friday afternoon I received information from Royal Pets Travel that they had the puppy and I was to send them $970 before they would release the puppy to the airline. I’m assuming Royal Pets Travel and Nonshedding Havanese are run by the same person.

This website claims to be selling Havanese puppies. I inquired about two puppies and was promptly sent photos of the puppies. When I asked more questions about the puppies (age, how the whole shipment process works, why the dogs were so inexpensive as compared to other breeders, etc.), those questions were largely ignored. I said I would like to proceed with the purchase and was sent information to send money via Western Union:
