I answered a call on my cell phone. I answered the call because the phone number was very similar to mine. My caller ID showed 216-394-3740. I usually don’t answer calls. The man said he was a police officer in Texas. He gave a badge number. Warrant issued for my arrest. Found cocaine and blood in a car. He asked for the last four digits of my Social Security number. I gave the last four digits.
