Type of a scam Phishing
I was called saying that this business has tried to contact me to sue me. They has the last four to my social, my name and said it was for a credit card through Providian Bank that is now with JP Morgan Chase. They said I had used an address that is my parents address. They said that that is all the information they had and for me to call Chase. I did and chase had no information regarding such credit card. I looked up this number and I see several people had the same experience.
