I ordered an unlocked phone from the Amazon retailer and was sent a totally different, inferior phone. When I contacted the dealer, I was told to remove my one star rating otherwise they would not deal with me. And then I was asked to return the phone. After I had read other ratings and realized that the return address might be bogus, I checked with the post office, and yes, the address was not a deliverable one. I contacted Amazon’s A-Z guarantee with this information, and several times they asked me to return the phone to the address, but this was impossible. Another address was given by the seller , but again the post office warned me that this was not a valid delivery address. Since I was never able to return and phone and A-Z never came through for me ( in fact they told me that the time for my repeal had expired and they again said that they dropped my case) I now have stopped contacting both Amazon and the dealer.. At this point, the money is not the issue, but after spending time and energy on this, I would like some good to come from it.
