I was contacted by a woman to sell my timeshare at pueblo bonito in Cabos, they promised me that they won’t charge me a cent and I will get my money by a wire transfer. I accepted the offer and then I received a contract from Escrow holding Management a person by the name of Richard Harris told me he would be my escrow officer and promised me as well that I don’t have to pay a penny.
I signed the contract and send them all the documentation that they asked me for.
And out of nowhere they asked me to pay them $4200.00 for a registration with the Mexican government, we decided to make the wire transfer as they promised us with guarantees that only this will be requested and after I paid that, next week they want to charge me another $12,750.00 of Taxes thats where we drew the line, this people say that Mexico is requesting the money upfront because nobody pays the taxes there that B.S I want everybody to know that they are a fraud and there not even in New Jersey, My son is a computer engineer and he tracked there IP address from the email they send us and there in Cancun Mexico, only god knows how many people that have taken money from but I hope I was there last one.
I know that my family won’t get those $4,200.00 back, but we do hope the this helps all the people that they contacted with there empty promises to open there eyes and to not give them a cent no matter how much they promise or how many guarantees they give you.
