Type of a scam Online Purchase

I am responding to an email from the ScamPulse.com because apparently this Company is not located in the U.S. I don’t know where they are located because the website has no contact information. This is my story: I came across an ad on Facebook on 3/21/19 for a free 12 pack of essential oils and just pay shipping. They wound up charging me twice for shipping, so I responded to the order confirmation email that day and didn’t receive a response. Since then, I haven’t received my package and I’ve sent emails, messages through their website, messages through Facebook and even commented on a post on Facebook. There are many concerns I am seeing. The order confirmation came from Lucid Essential but when I click on the website, it brings me to Nature Jungle. When I click on their contact information, it always brings me to a page that says “no longer exists.” There is no location information anywhere on this site, not even a phone number. They have a contact fill out form which I’ve submitted a few times. I also came across several complaints from other customers saying “I haven’t received my order and can’t get through to you” and even came across a complaint saying “this company is a scam.” I was charged $7.97 on 3/21/19 TWICE by Lucidessencial.com. I sent my final attempt last week stating that I am contacting the ScamPulse.com if I don’t hear back by this week. I know it’s only around $15 but I am struggling with severe depression and oils help relax me. I can’t afford to buy oils from another company at this time. Can you please help me to get my money back? My order number is ***. I hope you are able to find out if this company is a scam because other customers shouldn’t have to go through this either. I appreciate anything you can do. Thank you!
