I was given information regarding a repayment plan for my student loan and the call was supposedly recorded over the telephone. However, I have learned that the actual company that owns my loans does not work with this company and the company automatically debiited my account and I would like to have my refund. I have called the company to have a manager review the phone call with me, where I questioned several times if I would be automatically debited and the representative said that they would never debit an account. After I was debited and called the National Student Loans.us back they are now saying that they are a debit only organization and that I signed and agreed for this option. Now they are giving me the run around and not wanting to play the initial call where I specifically stated several times not to debit my account. Also, I did not sign they digitally used my signature and now have added a page that says that I agreed to be debited.
