I have been receiving calls from this company with the initials NRA, thinking it is the National Rifle Association, I see this information on my caller ID. I get these calls twice a day, when I received a call on Sunday, at 3pm, than I knew it was not the National Rifle Association, I did research on all of the numbers that called my home, it was five numbers, and when I called, the recording stated that they were the National Rifle Association, I received a call on that Monday, I picked up the phone, and asked who was I speaking to, wouldn’t give me a name, he asked for someone I didn’t know, and I asked why were they calling my home every day, and are they the National Rifle Association, and I was hung up on. I finally got the information I needed, I than found out that this company is spoofing their number, so that Consumers would not know the company is a Collection Agency, and making the Consumer think it is the National Rifle Association. I than called the National Rifle Association, at their correct phone number, to inform them that their number is being spoofed by another company, they were very thankful for my call, and information.

The woman calls with heavy forein accent wanting to verify personal information to avoid court charges being filed against me in another state for a supposed loan from 2010 which I never used a payday loan.

Same # – 844-210-5817 has called myself, my husband and my sister (all on our cell phones) saying that they have a claim they are trying to process for me (used my maiden name). When you call the # back, they give you prompts, but none of them work, it just hangs up. Says the company is NRA (national recovery agency) I knew all along it was a scam, but after looking up online, confirmed it. Everyone with the same story, they try to bully you into making a payment for a "loan" that you supposedly are in default on. Not sure how they get so many family members phone #’s, but it is very disturbing. I’m not sure who would provide these people with any personal information that they are seeking, but it must be working somehow. I just hope someone can shut them down.

They are calling me stating that they represent Fox enterprises, a pay day loan co., in pursuit to collection on an old loan. However I have never had a loan of that type with this agency. I believe they are trying to use any information given as a means to identity theft. They threaten to sue If you do not give information over the phone. They are very rude and not professional at all. If you do not cooperate they inform you to get an attorney and hang up on you.

I was contacted by them about a pay day loan I supposedly took out with someone the work for in 2012. But when they gave me all the information. Over the phone I immediately told them it wasn’t me and was identity theft. Instead of trying to help me fix it they kept insisting it was me. Everytime I said no they the. Said they were going to to have me go to jail for not paying it. I told them again that we had no money and it wasn’t me and instead of working again with me like other people have they tried to bully me into paying. I checked into the website of said paid day loan and it doesn’t even have a place to apply. And also has a warning spot saying this might be criminals. It’s was access holdings payday loans.
