A message was left on my answering machine for me to call (706) 410-2044 on December 31, 2017 because I had won a sweepstakes. I phoned and was told all lines were busy. I phoned again on January 2, 2018 and was told I had won $825,000.00 and a cashier’s check would be mailed to me on January 3, 2018. I would be responsible for paying them $289.00 to cover insurance on the cashier’s check. I told him I did not have that much. He said how about $89.00. I told him I did not think you had to pay insurance on a cashier’s check and he hung up.
