Grant Officer Manager Mark Williams Govt ID # MW 2004 called and said I qualified for a $14,566 government grant. He had all my personal information and then asked for my monthly income to make sure that I get the exact grant amount I qualify for. I told him that grants are free and arent based off income then hung up on him
