i placed order on website and it listed every county in the state of TN to send care packages to inmates and i placed order to be shipped to Blount Co jail the facility refused the delivery so i called the to get a refund and i was told no refunds that it would be shipped to me i told them i didnt want the package and since i paid for it i said send it it consisted of 2 2 packs of russell stovers 2 $1.00 gummy hearts 2 $1.00 sweettarts and 2 $1.00 heart filled candies i was charged $45.99 +&19.99 shipping this place needs to be investagated and when calling them it is the same person answers the phone everytime the phone # is 866-242-6216 it is a scam by far
