My daughter was contacted today by someone telling her that they were apart of Ford service and that she had not purchased her extended warranty by the date of 02/06/2020. They went on to explain that didn’t they talk to her about this because she needed to due it by tomorrow. The lady then told her they were transferring her call to Ron Franklin the financial service for Fords service department. He started to tell her that she could finance it and they would extend her decision for another 60 days by putting down 100.00 dollars. She said well explain how much a month the payments were and he said I will send it all by mail I just need the 100.00 dollars. She said sorry but I am not giving my credit card information he then hung up.
