Type of a scam Online Purchase
I placed an online order for natural teeth whitening gel. I placed the order received one shipment then I started getting all these extra charges to my credit card each month. This even no go Kong on since April 13th 2019. I have returned all the products and refused to accept the next shipment. I should’ve stated more on top of this but I was moving. So they continued to send me more products and I continues to call them to cancel & disputed these charges. They never stopped!!! Each month I was getting charged $118.24, $114.22 & $24.95 for products I never even used and even the ones I refused to accept! Now that I have moved they are still sending it to my old address & charging me. I have called the company and left 3 messages and spoke to 3 different people and yet I’m still getting shipments & im still getting charged!
