When you click on your order to review it, or when you clock on an item to review it, it automatically submits it with no opportunity to cancel. When you contact the website to cancel/complain, you are told it is too late to cancel because the order already has been submitted to shipping. This happens a scant few minutes after you’ve tried to cancel.
