I tried ordering a necklace for my mom. At the checkout portion when I submitted my payment, it redirected me to a non-working web page. No confirmation, and nothing showing the payment went through. I re-submitted. Same thing happened. No confirmation in my email, nothing. Went to the website help dept, and it said check the spam in my email. There two charges. Now I’ve been fighting to get my money. Can’t talk to anyone and no status on a refund or if I’m going to get at least the one and only purchase I wanted. Do not use this website!
