This company or satellite sent me two seperate items instead of three items which they charged me three times for. One 15.81 for a tv cable, another 38.60 for a window tv antenna and then 36.96 for a small amplifier that was already included in the box with the antenna. They charged me three times instead of for just the cable and the box with the antenna and amplifier included. When I called I was put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes every time I called then told to call back later when an agent was available. I finally reached them after several attempts when a broken English speaking female said I after to deduct the shipping charge and pay an additional charge to send it back. This is a classical scam outfit and they need to be dealt with.
