This company My Complete Boutique is it a scam. I purchased three items and paid $15 and shipping 5 for each item that was on June 24th and today is today is July 20th and I still have not received anything. I have emailed the company which is now no longer even available and if you try to go to their website nothing comes up. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company so I can get my money back.

I was on Facebook when I saw an add that said everything was for free just pay shipping due to the website being redesigned. The shipping charge was $15 and there were a lot of nice stuff. I made two orders separate times. I realized that it was a scam when I went into my confirmation email and clicked words told me to click to see when my order will arrive in at clicked on the link and it said that this page no longer exists.

They had a site through shopify on Facebook selling items and all the buyer had to do was pay for shipping..And after they made what I’m guessing is a considerable amount of money they shut down their site and deleted their email account.. The money they took from people was processed through BBB..I know I didn’t lose a lot of money, thank goodness, but I just want others informed..

My Complete Boutique was posted online as a website and on social media as try our items just pay shipping. I have bought clothes for my baby before like this so i did not really question it. However the link that they sent me to track my order never changed. I emailed 3 times with no response and now the site is down. I found other people with the same complaints.

I was just minding my own business when I saw a Instagram Sponsered page "My Complete Boutique" and decided to click on it because the bathing suits looked cute. Heck, it is summer who doesn’t want a nice new bathing suit. The company had a deal of everything was FREE all you had to do was pay shipping. Sounds to good to be true, but I had ordered other things like this and received them. (All from China of course). Anyway I proceeded to notice I could order more than just one thing and the shipping would be the same price. SCORE! I ordered 3 dresses, 1 bathing suit, and two accessories all for the shipping of $15. It was beginning to sound to good to be true but things were getting sold out so I hurried and placed my order.
Well…. after making my order I actually pulled up my laptop. (I am old school and can navigate easier on my laptop then on my phone) and actually read about the site. No place did it have reveiws on google. That made me nervous. I started looking at the site, and it looked more elementary then on my phone. On top of that the address listed didn’t exist, no phone number, and no return policy. Also they don’t guarantee anything! They said they can stop their shipment and website without any notice to you! Even google doesn’t claim them as a business. STAY AWAY!

I ordered some things from this site thinkin it was a good deal where you only pay shipping; after some more research I discovered it is most likely a scam as they won’t guve you tracking information, say refunds and returns are unavailable as they immediately start packaging your order, and that they won’t refund any money. I suggest not ordering from them as it’s nothing but a hassle
