She started she was calling with an important message about my aunt’s electric usage. Since I am in visiting from Canada and staying with her we could not believe that I was adding that much to the electric to send an alert to the company. They wanted her to call back with her electric bill in hand and issued her a reference number. We called West Penn Power and they confirmed it was a scam just to get her account number and change electric providers.
