I had posted an ad to sell my motorcycle on Craigslist. I got a text from someone who seemed VERY excited to buy the bike but requested a vehicle history report first. I was sent a link to a website to get the report. It was only after entering the VIN that I was asked to provide a credit card. I did not supply the info and have since stopped receiving texts from the interested “buyer”
