I ordered a Groupon for this website. I ordered the mugs. I got a confirmation email saying that they would ship within 4-6 weeks and if they did not ship by then, that customer service should be notified. I waited for over 3 months for the mugs. I have emailed them 4 times now without response. Thankfully Groupon was able to refund me for my order, however, I did pay shipping through the company that I have not been able to get back. The phone number listed on their website is 123456789 and there is no address.
