The ad on Facebook is showing the items as free, and the site is showing that according to their shipping policy, they offer free international shipping. When you add the free items to your cart and proceed to checkout, it adds a large fee for shipping for each free item you have for standard shipping. The regular priced items do not have this fee. Some of the free items removed the standard shipping choice and forced you to choose the more expensive insured shipping.
They do not have a physical address or means of contact other than email shown on their site. According to their terms of service, they may or may not be located in Canada. Poor Privacy Policy, Misleading Shipping Policy, Misleading Ads, and does not reply to emails.
