I came across Mollyca on Pinterest. The shirts looked great and prices were good. I ordered 2 shirts. When I received them several weeks later, the shirts looked nothing like they did online. I emailed the company asking how to return the items as no return label or instructions was provided.
10 days after sending my email I finally got a reply. (There was no phone number in the email to call the company and talk to someone.)
The response I got stated that I needed let them know if I wanted to return an item and they would send me a return address. ( I did this in my original email).
The company does note that you only have 30 days from the date the time is shipped to get a return. By the time I received the package I barely had a week to get it back to them. However, they never responded to me for 10 days and then after my second email they waited another 14 days.
After my second email, I notified the company I was very unhappy and this is a scam and was going to report to the ScamPulse.com.
Now they responded saying, I am so happy you are happy with your items, please give me feedback. They included a link to go to to send feedback.
(at this point I wonder if this is the plan. To get me to click on a link so they can hack into my computer? Why else would they solicit feedback when I told them I was unhappy?)
I think this is a total scam. I think the items you see on the website are not he actual items and if you order you may or may not get your order and if you better forget about returning anything. If you do return something I doubt you would get a refund.
I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. BEWARE.

The shoes I saw online were not what I received. They were cheaply designed and look like they were made of paper. There is not even a brand name on the inside of the shoe. This is a rip off!! They came from China and took very long to arrive. I can not even wear them because they do not fit a normal human fit properly. There are still marks on the shoe where the factory must’ve cut the material. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I WASTED MY MONEY!

I saw the company Mollyca on Pinterest. They are all over Pinterest I ordered a pair of boots on October 14th 2018. I was to receive them in seven to ten days. I never received the boots. They deducted $67 from my account. I gave my debt card number. I cannot reach the company. I have no address or phone number for them. I feel it is a scam. They were probably cheap boots.

They started off by giving some tracking, but did not help me when I asked when it was going to be delivered, the customer service was terrible. I have asked for a refund and they answered me back saying it will deliver and has been delivered to the states, but will not give me a refund.

I ordered clothing from their website that appears on Facebook, the clothing arrived after 3 to 4 weeks and were very different from the picture and very cheap and extremely small. I contacted by email to return and was told that their warehouse was in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. They told me to send pictures of the returned clothing with a reason because they do not provide return shipping due to the distance and cost and would like to offer me a coupon in exchange for the inconvenience. I explained they knew what the clothing looked like and could not see the need to take pictures and stated that was not acceptable and I needed the return address within 24 hours or I would report as a scam. I never heard back from this company and now stuck with $135.44 of clothing that clearly is not quality and would not survive a hand washing. They need to be stopped so that others do not experience this scam as I have. Example picture was of suppose to be jeweled embellished top and when received was screen printed, extremely thin and very small for a item in which I ordered a large. There was a total of 4 items that were not what appeared on their website.

Pinterest puts ads for them when they are a complete scam. They only took my money and I never received the product.
