I ordered a Step 2 crab sand box for my granddaughters birthday on 4/4/18. I received a email for the transaction through PayPal ($55.00). I never received a email of when the item was shipped or when it would be shipped. It said 3-9 business days. On 4/11/18 I sent an email to the email provided on the website to ask when the item would be shipped. No response. I then called the phone number on the website on 4/16/18 and it was disconnected.
