On 3/20 I found a puppy to buy on this website:

3/20 Contacted breeder through website to buy puppy.
3/20 Breeder contacted me using this email address [email protected]
Emailed a contract to me with his signature on it, I signed and forwarded back to breeder.
On 3/21 I pd. $650.00 breeder via Western Union to Jordan Kamar. Later in the day I received an email from the below stating that I needed to pay for an electronic thermostatically controlled puppy crate and insurance for the crate, since the breeder brought the puppy to the transport site in a wooden crate. Fee would be $990.00
On 3/22 I pd $990.00 via Zelle On 3/22 I was contacted by Mr Mark Johnson, the shipping agent via txt msg 1-832-280-7079
Stating that I needed to pay 875.00 for Pet Ins and site lic.
I pd $875.00 via Zelle Mr Mark Johnson texted me back and stated that the puppy would be at my doorstep by 7:15pm….and also provided me with the tracking info from him. tracking number DHT1246F from https://wcdgloballogistis.com
On this same day, much later in the day Mr. Mark Johnson explained that a problem arose….
Puppy needed quarantine document and was being held by the Pet Control….due to COVID-19, claiming a national lock down in cities/states such as Xa, Tx, Ark, Md..and the rest.
This was needed to approve a healthy puppy for my delivery. If the quarantine doc is not issued by the authority, there is no way we can ship the puppy. This would cost me 875.00.
On 3/23
I pd $875.55 via Zelle to QUEENCILIA OBASI
Also Mr. Mark Johnson stated he was finally going to send me the insurance docs and the quarantine doc within 10 mins of me having sent verification that I made this payment…..at approx 11:30am.
That never happened
Later in the day I was contacted by Mark Johnson with yet another fee….a penalty fine for not having the quarantine doc done at the appropriate time….. was supposed to be issued upon departure, I am asked to pay $790.00
I pd $790.00 via Zelle I WAS GIVEN THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE Insurance solicitor to ensure all funds were received…. And that this same person would be delivering my puppy to my front door and refund all of the monies that I had pd.

I called her….she had gotten all of the funds and would send me the documents (Insurance papers and quarantine docs) that I needed to present to her when she delivered the puppy to my door.
On 3/23 Tuesday morning around 7:30am another prob was presented to me… Mark Johnson stated that I needed to pay accommodation fees for Julia to come with the puppy and vaccine fees totaling $800.58…as the puppy was under distress as it was very lonely and not in the beast health due to it being retained in a crate since Sunday Morning at the transportation facility…
I balked and wanted to talk with someone else… they gave me this name and I called…… he said I have to pay or the dog can be declined, they will either sell the dog or place it in a shelter.

This woman made me feel very secure about buying a dog through her. She gave me her address, phone number, and we emailed back and forth quite a bit before I decided to send her the money for the puppy. I was told she was going to pick up the money and immediately start getting everything ready for me to meet my puppy. I sent her $650(price of puppy) + another $25.50 for the money to be sent. I can see that she has picked up the money, but she hasn’t responded to any texts, phone calls, or emails since.
