Contacted on facebook while looking for a dog. They were selling Boxers for $500. The address said they were located in Maryland. I get a text message the next day saying I need to wire money so the dog can be flown to my airport from Albany, NY. I would have to pick up the dog from the airport. Then they asked for $1200 insurance, more money to be wired for a crate and paperwork. Thankfully, I didn’t send any money. The website gives a sad story of his wife having cancer and this is how they pay for her treatments. SCAM!

They have several Dog purchasing websites, with the exact word on each one. Pictures are google images on testimonials. We didn’t get scammed but almost sent a deposit before our gut feeling told us to investigate.
