Received large blue screen error message online – Microsoft Windows icon warned not to restart or computer would be severely damaged and lose all data. Directed to call a phone number. Person on phone gained access to computer and then transferred to a " cyber security center". The second person eventually tried to get me to pick one of 3 antivirus protection plans starting at $249 and said they would take an e-check. Gave me their fake name, fake employee I’d and case #. Also game me another # to call if I changed my mind, listed below
