Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
The callers name was Eric from Microsoft Cyber Security Dept, he said our IP network address contacted their server to in form them of a security breech on our network. Said he’d have to run a diognostics report on our computer to find and fix it. Of course I told him I would run my own diognostics and hit the send button after it’s done to send the report to “them”
