I was contacted by a company called Micheal Micheal Grean and associates,with the threat of criminal procicution and that I had 24 hours to reply or face criminal charges ,I have never ,seen this debt before ,was told the sheriff of my county was looking for me and I was facing criminal charges if I did not settle now ,well I set up a payment plan with them but later found out they were not a reputable company ,so how do I rectifie this they have my banking info and are going to take 300 per month out of my account ? help please!!!!!!!
