Called and told me that they have a pending case against me in Val Verde County Texas. When I informed them that I called the court house in Texas and they had no record of my name or the case number (US121914) they then changed their story as to the "pending" case against me and became very demanding. After I spoke to the representative (Richard Edwards) then called my coworker (on her direct line) to ask if I could receive a summons at work. I received phone calls from 636-487-5935 and 57.3-355-9761. They also called my co-worker and my mother and divulged all information on the "case" to them as well which violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
