Offered robotic vacuums…ad showed FULL SIZE units with large dust bins and roller bar. There was a description of the performance and a diagram of the pattern the robot would take. The claim was that the inventors had worked for the large name brand robotic vacuum company and had figured out how to make a comparable unit for much less. I ordered 3 because of the "great deal" for ordering more than one, thinking of using the extra ones for gifts. Received 6.5inch toy size with teeny dust bin, no roller bar and the side brushes fell right off! There was no dock either and they had to be charged with a computer! The unit would pick up nothing, would not work at all on carpet. It was simply a bait and switch advertised on Facebook. The ad has been removed. These were cheap toys and I’m out $179 for 3. The company first said, no returns for disappointment! Called Capital One for help getting my money back and they are looking into the situation.

There was no dock either and they had to be charged with a computer! These were cheap toys and I’m out $180! The company first said, no returns for disappointment! Then I said they were broken and they said, okay, mail them back..TO CHINA?? That’s over $135!! I next emailed for a free shipping label!! No response yet..Called paypal for help getting my money back..
