My mother accidentally purchased this anti virus software on her computer because it was a pop up and it said that her computer needed "protection" It originally cost around $320 and is NOT a reputable anti virus software. It was cancelled over a year ago and now they keep calling the house phone at all hours of the day and night (early in the morning and after 11pm EST) saying that there is an issue on her computer that needs to be resolved if she pays them another $320. I got on the phone with them and asked for a name and email address as well as asking for confirmation of stop of service as well as being taken off of their list. They hung up on me.
