They are scammers and slum lords. They are liars, I’ve wrote a bad review about them and do not advise anyone to move there. They expect you to pay so much money for old standard apartments. I’ve called maintainece repair for so many things and they bring old replacements to attach to other equipment. I had a refigrater do handle come off and they pulled off from another fridge to place on my. It was so tacky and disrepectful and lazy of a job. So my fridge was 2 different colors and they said it is not fixed. Just left it looking like that. Nothing new was replaced when i called for any repairs. They just pull from old parts they have lying around and put it on the tenants to pay for it later. That is not far to me nor future/current tentants. They do not stick to what they say. They always tried to pull more money out of me. Just like now with this small deposit they are asking for 5 months from the time i moved out. I wanted to leave early but they stated that I would be charged the last month rent. I decided to stay so I don’t have to pay extra. I did a walk through with the property manager Lis Gopar and nothing was wrong at the time. I paid ALL of what they asked me to pay before I left, to end my lease agreement in good standing. They are ripoff. When I moved the place was not spic and span cleaned still dirty equipment and bathrooms were a mess. I asked them to go a proper cleaning and they told me it that i have it as is right now, whatever that meant. It is an old standard apartment. They told me to upgrade in something beter that i couldnt not unless i paid more money. There was no damage done to the property. I had a $250 deposit that was not returned to me. They say the applied it towards what I owe. So the remaining $315 is what I had to pay. I moved out 10/31/2019, which is when my lease was up. They sent an email 2/2020 about owing a balance.
