I received a call from Don Williams, employee no 46301, who said he was calling to be sure I was getting all of my medicare benefits. I told him I was leery of his call so He gave me his direct phone no. 304-415-5678 and told me he was located in Baltimore MD. He did not have my correct last name and then started guessing as to the correct name. He offered to transfer me to his supervisor until I told him I was questioning the legitimacy of his call and he quickly said I must have the wrong no. and hung up.
