I have been getting calls multiple times every day for months. They will only say that they are a rep. for Medicare. They are attempting to sell me back braces or knee braces. I have asked them to stop calling many many times and they have refused. I’ve tried blocking their number but they just call from a different number. I’m on the do no call list but they have told me that it does not matter . They’re even laughed when I asked them to stop calling. Today some of the calls were 15 minutes apart. Some days I have to actually take my home phone off the hook to stop the constant calling.

They keep saying they are on a recorded line. But if they really were on a recorded line, then they would have it recorded numerous times that I’ve asked them to stop calling me. Yet they call me at least 10 times every day. I just want them to stop.

Call came in at 7:20 while I was half asleep. I answered saying, "Hello", since I thought I might know the number. They said, "This is Medicaid, is Jeff there?" I said, "Yeah". They immediately hung up before I could ask any questions.

Today Medicare told me that I should not be receiving phone calls from them promoting a product. Yesterday I received a phone call supposedly from Medicare someone who knew what type of health and prescription insurance both my husband and I have. He knew that I have back and joint issues and recommended a "mixture cream" I can get from a local compounding pharmacy to help. They wanted my date of birth with I did not give them, and I soon got off the phone with them. I think this is a scam.
